Use this form to release a Mortgage that has been satisfied and/or paid in full. The lender/secured creditor shall record a satisfaction within 30 days after the lender receives full payment and performance of the secured mortgage. If a satisfaction is not sent to the mortgagors/borrowers, the lender ((a) is liable to the mortgagors for five hundred dollars ($500)) [and any actual economic damages directly caused by the failure to comply with this section.] (Section 35-10-92(c)) [Section 35-10-92(d)]
(The satisfaction in full by any one of several joint) lenders/(mortgagees, or his successors or assigns, on the margin of the record, and properly attested by the probate judge, or his chief clerk, or the filing of a release) of mortgage (by such party properly notarized, acknowledging full satisfaction of any mortgage in the names of two or more persons jointly as) lenders/(mortgagees standing on the probate records of any county in) the State of Alabama, (shall be sufficient to extinguish the lien of such mortgage.) The Quitclaim deed form was fine. Unfortunately, all I wanted to accomplish was to transfer property held in my name into my trust, but I could not any wording on the information you provided on how to accomplish this. It was not a sale, just a transfer from me to me as trustee.

I sent Deeds.com an email with a question, asking for a little guidance as to which form(s) I need, but I'm waiting for a reply. My wife and I own 3 homes (2 in Indiana & 1 in Florida). We are needing to deed each to ourselves and put them into our living trust. I asked Deeds.com to please help by suggesting which forms I need for this. I do not want to get the wrong ones. I have not received a reply yet. When I receive a helpful reply and am able to purchase the correct forms, I am fairly certain my rating will go from 1 to 5. I withhold judgement until later.

You did not include the Notice of Intent to File a Lien Statement form which is necessary to properly file a mechanic's lien in Colorado. If you are going to charge people $20 to download the forms, you should include all of them not half of them.
