Wow, great forms. They do have some protections in place to keep you from doing something stupid but if you use the forms as intended they will work perfectly for you.

Review: There are 10 PDFs in this warranty deed package. I don't even know what to do with them all. I don't think the directions are clear enough on how to put it all together. I probably won't use it, and feel I have wasted my money.

Sorry to hear that the volume of documents required to complete your task was more than you anticipated. It is rare that we get complaints about providing everything needed. We certainly don't want you to be overwhelmed or feel like you have wasted your money. Your order and payment has been canceled and we do hope that you find something more suitable to your needs elsewhere. Have a wonderful day.

Price seemed high (~$28) for just some forms (especially because we may not actually use the forms), but it beats navigating the Hawaii state and Honolulu county websites for forms. It would be better if a single button push would download all 7 or 8 forms.

Ordered the quitclaim forms. Amazing value! Received everything I needed and then some. The forms were easy to use and understand with the help of the guide. The best part was that once completed I used deeds.com's e-recording service to submit the document for recording (our county offices are still closed). Outstanding!
