Questions answered? Let's get started!

Complete and record this form, along with an official copy of the deceased joint tenant's death certificate, to formalize the transfer of property rights to the surviving co-owner.

To remove the decedent's name altogether, execute a new deed showing both joint tenants as grantors and only the survivor as a grantee. For example: "John Doe (deceased) and Richard Roe, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, convey to Richard Roe as sole owner." Present the new deed along with the affidavit of surviving joint tenant or submit it for recording on its own at a later date.

Great service - it was my first time using the service and really recommend it. Due to COVID-19, my County Recorder's Office is closed and I was able to create the document using their vast templates, notarize it, and upload it into the system. The recording process took about 7 working days which is not bad considering that most people are working remotely. I will share this website and its many resources with my relatives and friends.

Deeds.com was a very efficient and simple website to use in preparing my documents needed to complete a real estate closing. I highly recommend this website, as it is easy to use, inexpensive, and effective.

The Oregon TODD transfer on death deed template worked great and was easy to use. They had instructions and a guide that had good pointers to filling everything out. It took about 2 weeks to mail in my filled TODD and receive it back from the county with their stamp. Would definitely use this service for other documents

This was the first time to use the Deeds.com website for preparing my deed document. This was painless and easy to follow the instructions and sample package for filling in the blank boxes document. The city clerk was impressed to review my document and easily filed my deed record without questions. I would recommend anyone to prepare a legal form that is available from the Deeds.com website.

The forms, and other information, are all excellent. I would be giving a 5-star review if it were not for the fact that downloading a "bundle" about quitclaim deeds required I download every single file independently (15 files). I would far prefer a zip file, or one click to download the whole pile of independent files.

The service was fast, but I didn't learn about the results until I logged in. I would have liked to get email when the report was finished.

Perfectly easy, perfectly complete! I had no problems with downloading these forms. I have been a paralegal for 20 years and came up on a situation where I was not familiar with the forms. Deeds.com saved my life and allowed me to get the documents done and done right. I will keep deeds.com on my list of favorites!

The "Trustee's Deed" should have been labeled a Deed of Trust because that's what it really is. So now I just wasted $19.97 getting something I can't use.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear of your confusion. We have canceled your order and payment for the trustee's deed document.
