Quite simple and easy. Only one critique: It would be easier if the names of the PDF would reflect the name of the deed/form such as 'Controlling tax return' rather than '1579101185SF56863.pdf'. However I love downloading forms rather than mail.

This is an option for recording that worked flawlessly with my county government. Given Covid19 has closed county offices to the public as well as the personal kiosks options to record shrunk dramatically. I recommend Deeds.Com for your recording needs.

I wanna give more stars because the required information is there, but the character spacing is disjointed on the first page, rendering a gap-filled, awkward-looking document. Also, the opening parenthesis for the first field on the first page is on the wrong line and is backwards, which sets the wrong tone especially since it's the first thing you have to fill out.

I receive the specific legal forms that I needed as well as a guide on how to fill out the form. Very pleased. I saved $300.00 in lawyers fees by filling out the Quickclaim deed myself.

This is the best thing I have ever done with this being my first time doing a quick claim. This has save me and my family money instead of paying a lawyer. Thanks again.

I saved a ton of money doing it on my own versus through legal counsel. When I took it to the auditor/recorder today, there was absolutely no problems.

Easy to use, I would recommend deeds.com. I would recommend visiting your county recorder before having document notarized. They will review document and make sure everything you need is on the deed, before having notarized.
