This site was perfect in a time when travel is almost impossible. They asked a few questions to make sure everything would work out and once submitted took less than 24 hours. Less than 48 hours total time. Absolutely would use them again to submit documents even once can travel again!

The forms were immediately available for download, which was nice. However, I was not impressed by the lack of several features: 1) there was no way to edit set text in the form, such as where it says you should consult an attorney. That is not necessary for recording the deed and I wanted to deleted it, but could not. 2) Also, under the "Notes" section, there is a limited area to write; I tried adding a fuller explanation of something, but the form would not accept or include it when I printed the final document. The form may do the job, but it's not very sophisticated or elegant.

I could not be happier with the service afforded by Deeds.com. After having been directed to two other organizations who purportedly performed this service and being told they could not accommodate me, I found Deeds.com. The website is extremely easy to use, the directions are clear and concise. The site updated me regularly as the documents were progressing through the process, and the detailing of costs was great.
