Through a power of sale granted in a will, a specific direction in a will to sell real property, or a court order, the personal representative may dispose of the decedent's real property through statutory sale. Use the personal representative's deed of sale to convey real property to a purchaser.
The personal representative's deed does not warrant against title defects preceding the appointment of the personal representative.

I like the basics. The one thing I would recommend changing would be, something that tells me I have actually have submitted my package, or that I can leave at any time without needing to click on a "Submit" button.

Deed.com is AMAZING! I only had about 2 weeks to get my quit claim deed recorded by my county office before my refinace due date approached. Deeds.com was such a blessing in order for me to get something done that my lawyers could not get done. Transferring a mineral right from my deceased parents to me and my husband. The mineral company person I worked with went above and beyond helping me fill the paperwork out perfectly so that it had “right of survivorship” (and other things phrased properly) so that either my husband or I won’t have the issue I have had.
