Duties and Scope of Power of Agent Any agent who shall accept the appointment as my "attorney in fact" must act only within the scope of authority granted in this power of attorney. My agent shall exercise all powers pursuant to F.S. 709.2114. All questions pertaining to validity, interpretation and administration of this Power shall be determined in accordance with the Florida Power of Attorney Act, 709.2101, et. seq., Florida Statutes.
