In some situations, the trustor may also serve as the trustee. Note that when signing trustee's deeds, the trustee must identify him/herself as trustee and include the full name of the trust.

After the trustee executes the form, record it in the real property records of the county where the land is situated to provide public notice of the change in ownership.
