Use this form to release, terminate, extinguish a previously recorded document that involves access to and from a property.

1. Easement Deeds or Agreements (An easement is a non-possessory interest in land, granting the right to use someone else's property for a specific purpose, like a driveway or utility line)

This document allows the owner of the land, burdened by the access and the party that benefits from the access, to sign an agreement releasing the property from such access, under the premises the benefiting party no longer needs access. Once the easement is successfully terminated and the release is recorded, it should be reflected in the title records for the property, effectively removing the easement from the property's title.

Was warned by attorney that forms from internet have lots of mistakes. But after looking all over, took a chance on here. So far, I am satisfied, and actually happy that I got something that (I believe) meets my state and local requirements. Haven't filed the deed yet, or had to put it into effect, but being able to pick the local area, and have the relevant state law listed on the deed, gives me confidence. Also, got the whole package of possibly relevant forms, and a very good guide how to prep the deed with a sample completed deed - greatly appreciated!

Easy fill in the blanks form. Just FYI make sure you have a copy of whatever deed you are changing and the tax records. You will want the language to be identical.

Excellent Site for recording documents to respective county Recorder Office. I tried 3 local attorneys and got no where , wrong information, to busy and another one was very rude. One said he'd do it then didn't. I was so stressed and tried a different online form company advertising an in person attorney within hours. They did call back but gave me the wrong answer. I needed a form used in NC and knew about it from the clerk of the court. The deadline was approaching, I looked one more time and found Deeds.com. They have the form and the much need instructions and for less than $30.00. I am so pleased and also relived!
