In general, when a complaint is filed that affects (title or the right of possession of real property), a plaintiff or defendant may file a Lis Pendens with the County Recorder, in all counties in which the property lies. At the time of filing, the Lis Pendens becomes (constructive notice) to would be (purchasers and incumbrancers) that there is a suit pending, that could affect the property and that they would bound to the outcome of said case.
Such Lis Pendens Notice will contain:
(the names of the parties)
(the object of the action or defense and )
(a description of the property in that county affected thereby.) (5-505)

Pleased with the results, except for the "notice of confidentiality rights" above the QUIT CLAIM DEED headline. Is it needed to be included on the form or can it be removed ? How can it be removed, I do not see a reason for it to be on the print out copy. Thank you.

I downloaded the quit claim deed form and saved it on my computer. I opened it with Adobe and filled it out. The space for the legal description was too small (2 lines only) which did not allow enough room for the long property description that I had.
