The pdf form is good; however, the input boxes merge into the line above so the text is hard to read when complete. I added a return before entering my data and this solved the problem.

I recieved my document in a reasonable amount of time. I thought being a member i would be able to look up more than 1 document but it keeps asking me for more money. I requested help, asking if I need to pay for each document but have not yet been answered. I appreciate the fact I got 1 document I needed quickly.

Great to have a downloadable form, rather than a cloud solution that gives no guarantee of privacy. Appreciated the sample.......but all of that still left me with open issues about how to tweak the form to serve my particular needs......for example: how to ensure that survivor rights were properly characterized; how far back I should go with the "Source" section + how I should layer my own additions to the chain of ownership, etc. Nonetheless, an overall happy experience. The Beneficiary Deed is easy to fill out, expecially with the examples/explanations provided. The only recommendation I would make is to state that the Parcel ID and the Assessor's ID are one in the same. I looked everywhere for something that mentions "Assessor's ID" in my paperwork to no avail. Upon calling the Maricopa Assessor's number in Maricopa I was told that they are the same.

Needed a Limited Power of Attorney form for a real estate transaction in another state. Proper form came up immediately and was fairly easy to complete. I think the sample completed form should have been more completely explained in layman's language instead of legalese (such as person granting permission instead of grantor or something like your name and address and the person who will be signing on your behalf) but since the form was one price no matter how many ways it was printed out, it was fine. I just filled it out several ways and had it notarized and sent it to my sister. Whichever combination is appropriate she and the lawyer will have. I found the site easy to navigate
