Questions answered? Let's get started!
Comparable to Ladybird, beneficiary, and enhanced life estate deeds, these instruments permit homeowners to name a beneficiary to gain title to their residential real property following the owner's death, while retaining absolute possession of and control over the property while alive. Because the Illinois document DOES NOT transfer ownership when it's executed, the owner may revoke the transfer at will, and is allowed to reallocate, sell, or otherwise dispose of the real estate as desired with no penalties, restrictions or obligation.

Using your site made gifting personal property (land) so quick and easy. The forms were presented ready to complete and included detailed instructions. The "completed form" example was helpful. I definitely recommend your site to anyone who does not wish to pay expensive lawyer fees.
Thank you Kristy, we appreciate your feedback

Disappointed. Description of Lien discharge form does not indicate it is specific to Mechanic liens. I'm inexperienced with liens & should have contacted someone before I ordered.
Sorry to hear that, it does look like our product description was lacking clarity. We have updated the description to better reflect the documents. We have also canceled your order and refunded the payment. Hope you have a great day.

Amazingly easy! I absolutely love it because it is so efficient and I only have to pay for when I use it. I use to have to drive to the recorders office or to a Kiosk station. The turn-around time was really quick as well.
Thank you!
