Illinois Unconditional Waiver and Release of Mechanic's Lien
Under 770 ILCS 60, Illinois' Mechanic's Lien act, lien waivers are a type of document used between a contractor (including a sub or general) and a property owner to induce or encourage final or partial payments in exchange for forfeiting the claimant's right to a mechanic's lien.
Contractors may use this form to waive and release a right to a mechanic's lien. A contractor waives and releases its lien and right to claim a lien for labor, services, or materials on a construction project described in the document.

My legal description exceeds the avaiable space in the one page Exhibit A...any way to add a second page as 'Exhibit A (continued)'?

Please change on the example for the warranty deed the portion that says Source of Title: They don't use book and pages anymore They only use recording numbers. Please show an example with that for Maricopa County AZ Plus your Notary certificates should have a blank part for if it is signed in another state.

Unfortunately for me this website was of no help, due to the amount of paperwork that needed to be submitted. One thing I can say they responded with answer really quickly. If this is a website that only deals with quick and fast deed issues, then it should indicate what they can and cannot do.

I am pleased with this electronic service in making a time sensitive deed transfer since very few options exist currently with the Covid 19 Crisis. The Personal Representatives Deed is definitely a helpful document for my files. I find it need just a little tweaking by deeds.com , There should be more space for the legal description. I did see in the FAQ's you recommend putting it in the Exhibit and this is what I did. Also I couldn't get the year to be accepted and had to write it in. These are just some minor suggestions, on the whole I was grateful to find this document. Thank you.
