I could not be happier with the service afforded by Deeds.com. After having been directed to two other organizations who purportedly performed this service and being told they could not accommodate me, I found Deeds.com. The website is extremely easy to use, the directions are clear and concise. The site updated me regularly as the documents were progressing through the process, and the detailing of costs was great. Your website advertising was somewhat deceptive regarding doing a quitclaim on a name change. "If you are transferring the property to yourself under your new name, all you have to do is update the deed from your former name to your current one." This made this sound easy. But when I downloaded the material for my state, expecting to find an example, there was no example of how to do a name change quitclaim deed! I therefore had to figure this out myself. You might have provided a warning about certain uses that were not covered in the material so that people know ahead of time that the use they needed to know about wasn't covered in the material.

We had hoped, as this was direct through our State recorder's office, State-specific data would be pre-filled in. Also there is no help when transferring the home title from a Revocable Trust to the living Trustee and new spouse (no example given, no help for which code to use). And the example doesn't match the prior deed revision format submitted by our attorney. So, not the best experience. We may have to get an attorney involved...what we were hoping to avoid

I am really impressed by this website. Not only is it affordable, but they give a detailed description, instructions, and an example to follow. Also there are additional forms included. And it's State, even county, specific. They do not require a subscription either as you can just order what you want. Thank you!

Found the forms I needed but had to type these out my self in Word since these forms do not allow any information to be saved. I understand you want this to be proprietary information but you failed to deliver a usable product. I printed this template and built my own in microsoft word. Good examples and instructions with poor execution. I lost hours of typing and nearly lost real estate deals due to these documents not being in a format ready to use. Will be using another service next time or buying these as guides alone.

Extremely easy and fast recording of real estate records. Quit Claim deed for North Carolina did not include all of the information I needed (two separate notary sections), but I was able to re-create another notary section in Word, and then insert it in the appropriate place after printing both documents. Otherwise, the document worked as described.

I recommend you add a box "Add another document or package." The way it is now confused me, so I uploaded the same document two more times, thinking the upload failed the first two times.
