When the decedent dies testate (with a will) naming a personal representative (PR) of his or her estate, the PR is called an executor. An executor may need to sell the decedent's real property to raise money to pay the estate's debts or for other reasons in the best interest of the estate.
If the decedent's will includes a power of sale, a simple executor's deed may be used to convey real property from the estate. The deed requires a recitation of facts concerning the executor, the decedent, and the subject property being transferred, and must be signed in the presence of a notary public and is subject to requirements for conveyances of real property in Kansas.
Supplemental documentation, such as a real estate sales validation questionnaire, may be required, depending on the transfer. Consult a lawyer with questions about estate administration in Kansas.

These products would be more useful if they final deed could be copied and pasted into a word document for proper formatting. Because most of the document is protected against selecting and copying, I did not find it useful. I would not purchase again.

I was very pleased with the ease in use of the forms. I suggest making sure the sample copy is totally aligned with the exact same parts. I was a little confused about the portion "Subject to.." It was easy to make corrections, additions, etc because the page remained open, and I didn't have to re=open the forms continuously.

Customer service was poor. I felt like I had to debate the representative to provide guidance and assistance. They acted as though I knew the process, the documents involved, etc. At the same time, they asked me to confirm which documents or at least pages needed to be filed. It wasn't really what I needed I read and read and read and read and I thought I was to do with for filing for probate or probate executor but instead it was for the property if you are executor and but it wasn't very clear on that so it didn't work for me so I was kind of wasted money
