It was very difficult to maneuver through your website the wording on certain things are very difficult to figure out. I can't seem to get through to one place that I want versus what I don't want. I love how quick the turnaround is, my only request would be for an email notification be sent once an invoice is ready and then once a document is recorded and ready to download (only because I have a large caseload and it's very easy to forget things sometimes).

I needed a Missouri Notice of Intent to Sell without a named designated buyer. Mo Statutes require notice be notarized and filed 45 days before any closing to protect buyer from liens. You do not have that document. We are flipping a house so it must be filed. Our lawyer was on vacation. Cannot find one anywhere on net. Finally got a template from our title company.
