The Notice of Furnishing is used to certify that labor and/or materials were furnished, or will be furnished upon a specific property identified in the Notice.
In Kentucky, any lien will be dissolved unless the claimant, within six (6) months after he ceases to labor or furnish materials, files, in the office of the county clerk of the county in which the building or improvement is situated, a statement of the amount due him, with all just credits and set-offs known to him, together with a description of the property intended to be covered by the lien sufficiently accurate to identify it, the name of the owner, if known, and whether the materials were furnished or the labor performed by contract with the owner or with a contractor or subcontractor. K.R.S. 376.080(1).

The form was very easy to use and the sample tool you had was very helpful. the only problem i had was saving the document and then trying to find it later. I finally was able to figure out how to save it. but i still cannot find the saved document on my computer. Luckily i printed it before i closed it and did not need to make any changes.

I’m in Clearwater, FL and needed to record a something in Palm Beach County. Deeds.com made the entire process incredibly simple. I submitted the documents, they sent it back once (same day) for a small correction, I fixed it and returned them, and everything was completed within the same day. It was even much faster and more convenient than going to my local recorder’s office. Extremely helpful team of professionals who are patient when you need to get things filed correctly. Very small price for the comfort of knowing your DOCUMENTS are FILED with you local Recorder's Office. Some of the filings, if they are correctly formatted are already uploaded and official within a few hours. Here's the ALTERNATIVE you may encounter. For Example: King County Recorder's Office moved which means most filings are backed up 7-10 days if you DROP your filing in a BOX with your CHECK or MAIL IT. Neither is a great option, since they have no WALK IN HOURS.

You could make instructions clearer on the download process and when download is complete. You could also group things together for 1 or 2 "big" downloads.

in one of the reviews, the person said they wished that there was more room allowed for use in the grantor section. the reply was that they were sorry but there was only enough room for what was there considering margins, etc. that is not true. on the forms i downloaded there was plenty of extra room at the top of the page (about 2 inches) that was not being used.
