Questions answered? Let's get started!

Use this form to release, terminate, extinguish a previously recorded document that involves access to and from a property.
Documents such as:
1. Easement Deeds or Agreements (An easement is a non-possessory interest in land, granting the right to use someone else's property for a specific purpose, like a driveway or utility line)
2. Access Roads
3. Right of Ways
4. Utility Easements (Power, Gas, Water, Sewer, Etc.)
5. Drainage Easements

This document allows the owner of the land, burdened by the access and the party that benefits from the access, to sign an agreement releasing the property from such access, under the premises the benefiting party no longer needs access. Once the easement is successfully terminated and the release is recorded, it should be reflected in the title records for the property, effectively removing the easement from the property's title.

Fantastic forms! So nice to have them formatted correctly for our county, the recorder here can be very picky with the margins. No issues at all.

Process is easy but system would not accept 3 different credit cards on first day. No phone number to call. Sent message and response was all 3 cards must have been declined. However, next day one of those cards went through with no problem.

Thank you! My husband and I went in the get notary stamps for a Special Warranty Deed and a Post Nuptial Agreement. The representative was very knowledgeable and thorough with the notary process. She made sure we read and understood all documents that we were signing and they required us to recite in sworn statements that everything there was true and understood! I will be using the notary service again at Bank of America! The representative was very respectful and had a nice smile the entire time to make our visit great!

Deeds.com has become a great assistant to our firm! The service is of highest quality and consistently helpful to our law firm in its recording needs. It's summer in Arizona and no one I know wants to drive to downtown Phoenix to record a property deed so think I will add "grateful" to my praise.

Reply from Staff

Thank you, Mary! We appreciate your kind words and are glad to help make recording easier — especially when it means avoiding a summer trip to downtown Phoenix. We’re grateful for your continued trust.
