Sec. 33.
The recording of an assignment of a mortgage shall not, in itself, be deemed notice of such assignment to the mortgagor, his heirs or personal representatives, so as to invalidate any payment made by them, or either of them to the mortgagee.

Laborious process to gain access; need to indicate PRIINT when complete and inform that if page is backspaced, entered info disappears, necessitating starting all over again. There is only one “A” provision, when some documents have several more. Space is too limited in some instances to provide what is necessary for recording. Thank you

Thank you for the prompt instructions on the download and installation. The only problem I had was trying to input data into the form once I renamed the form.and saved it. I was unable to change the size of the font and was very frustrated. In the end I finally had to redo the entire form through Word using your format.

Quick and easy! I had previously prepared a Lady Bird deed, submitted it through Deeds.com and it was accepted/recorded by my county in just a few hours. A suggestion: Include instructions on how to add your spouse to the deed, rather than transferring completely to a third party
