(The beneficiary or holder of any deed of trust, including his agents, employees, successors, assigns, attorneys-in-fact or other legal representatives, may appoint a trustee or substitute a trustee, with or without the permission of the mortgagor or mortgagors. You charge too much for a form. Your business model is shortsighted. I would not try to use your service again. You got $20 from me this once, but I would try very hard to not use your service again. Your model does not encourage serial or professional usage.

I had worked for a couple of months sending things back and forth to the county and still had no success. I decided to use deeds.com and it was all done in a few hours. Such a relief! While I find this to be wrong and the county should work with property owners as well as they work with third parties, I was still grateful for this service.
