Deeds.com was such a blessing in order for me to get something done that my lawyers could not get done. Transferring a mineral right from my deceased parents to me and my husband. The mineral company person I worked with went above and beyond helping me fill the paperwork out perfectly so that it had “right of survivorship” (and other things phrased properly) so that either my husband or I won’t have the issue I have had. Over all quality of document was good. The issue I had was where it states claimant did not have a contract with the owner or their agent. I did have a contract with their agent, and there was no option for both. So had improvise.

I had worked for a couple of months sending things back and forth to the county and still had no success. I decided to use deeds.com and it was all done in a few hours. Such a relief! While I find this to be wrong and the county should work with property owners as well as they work with third parties, I was still grateful for this service.
