The forms are very confusing when there is so much to download! Trying to keep track and make sure you have everything needed is terrible! I think I have everything but I was under the impression I would be filling it out online and with instructions... I am very disappointed to say the least!

This was the first time I had ever had to fill out a Warranty Deed, so if it was not for your example form on how to fill one out, I would be still be here completely lost. I had originally gone to another site for a Warranty Deed & they wanted double the amount of your price & their website had no examples forms. I am so happy with your site & service. One thing I suggest is use the nomenclature Borrower / Lender / instead of Mortgatator / Mortgatee… Had to google which is which ? !

Not a fan. Filling in the WI RE transfer return was simple enough. However, it downloaded as a DOR file and I can't find a program to open it. So, I have no way to print the form to complete the process.
