This was very hard to follow, and the form looked horrible.

Reply from Staff

Sorry to hear that James. Some documents can certainly be more difficult than others. Your order and payment has been canceled. We do hope that you find something more suitable to your needs and aesthetic requirements elsewhere.

Site is easy to navigate and forms are as described. Too bad there is no secure payment link service (PayPal, Apple Pay, etc. So after I verify charge has hit my credit card I will delete my Deeds.com account.

Thanks for the feedback. Looks like your E-recording invoice is available. It takes a few minutes for our staff to prepare documents for recording and generate the invoice.

I am generally pleased with your products. However, I found it difficult to return to the package after accessing one selected document. One other comment: Your Trustee's Deed package should include a Certificate of Trust form.

The forms, and other information, are all excellent. I would be giving a 5-star review if it were not for the fact that downloading a "bundle" about quitclaim deeds required I download every single file independently (15 files). I would far prefer a zip file, or one click to download the whole pile of independent files.

Ordered two separate forms for two separate states at two differnt times and couldn't be happier with my purchase. When compared to the cost of having two different attorneys prepare the forms I needed, the value of deeds.com couldn't be beat!

Excellent service! From setting up an account to successfully recording, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I am very pleased to have this service available, and favorably impressed by our current Maricopa County Recorder for pursuing its availability. Thank you.

They must have busy when I applied. The screen said it should be done in under10 mins unless heavier traffic. I was a little nervous because of a time deadline. It was completed in 45 mins and for under $30 it was worth every penny to have my deed details at my fingertips. So I give it a 5 on ease of use and quick handling. You can get it done less expensively, but great in a time crunch.

Very useful. I'm a Miami attorney and needed an amended deed specific to Texas. Document and instructions were very good.

I bought a package for doing a mineral deed in Sheridan County, Montana. I will now try to use it and we'll see, I guess, how easy it may or may not be, etc. Check back later perhaps for more details~
