This Special Power of Attorney is used for Real Property. In this form the principal appoints an Agent and empowers him/her to perform a real estate transaction. This allows your agent; to buy, sell, exchange, transfer and in any legal manner deal in and with the same; and to mortgage, transfer in trust or otherwise encumber. I would not have ordered this form had I realised how limited the fields are for details. There is no room for elaboration of terms. The language only allows one grantor and one grantee, and the gender and quantity default construction is a poor choice. Be basic, but leave room for more.
