it was convenient to have a starting place, however, though the property is in Colorado, the probate is in Iowa, so I had to create my own document because you locked my capacity to edit the form I paid for. If I pay for it, I should be able to edit everything including non fill in text. I could not open it in word, as I normally could.

It's an instant download. I was very pleased that it included instructions and any necessary additional forms. These products would be more useful if they final deed could be copied and pasted into a word document for proper formatting. Because most of the document is protected against selecting and copying, I did not find it useful. I would not purchase again.

Great service ! Hawaii is not a "forms state" so unfortunately the public has no way to get templates on our local gov site but deeds.com to the rescue. The template was affordable and easy to use and successfully recorded. Great to use when you don't need to involve title or attorneys for simple deed changes, thank you

Deeds.com was such a blessing in order for me to get something done that my lawyers could not get done. Transferring a mineral right from my deceased parents to me and my husband. The mineral company person I worked with went above and beyond helping me fill the paperwork out perfectly so that it had “right of survivorship” (and other things phrased properly) so that either my husband or I won’t have the issue I have had. Had it not been for deeds.com I don’t think I would have been able to complete this process. I hope anyone that ever needs something such as this learns about I deeds.com.
