Mechanic's liens are governed under Chapter 447 of New Hampshire Statutes.
A waiver is a knowing relinquishment of a right. In this case, the person granting the waiver is relinquishing the right to seek a mechanic's lien for all or part of the amount due for work completed, or to be completed. This assurance is usually enough to induce the other party to pay.
Use the Final Lien Waiver when a final payment has been made (and cleared by the bank) and the potential lien claimant has no valid reason to maintain a right to a lien. A valid waiver identifies the parties, the location where the work or improvement took place, and relevant dates and payment amounts. It also sets forth any restrictions or limitations on the waiver of lien rights. Deliver the completed form to the property owner.

the deed format and fill-in language are very specific to one type of easement and are not generally applicable to any other type; in other words it is not useful in a majority of situations and i would recommend against purchase unless you are creating an easement for an appurtenant landowner ONLY

Really good product, included guide to filling out forms. Totally pleased with that part. Customer service however was terrible. Did not hear back after I sent two emails. The site signed me up but after I was accepted they would not allow me to download a form, with the notation my account was closed. Had to use another email. Had problems with that. Finally got off of site and went to a login site that allowed me to download the forms. If you can get past setting up your account, it is fantastic site. Nice price compared to alternatives. Also I recieved two validation codes. Have no idea why they were sent.

I wanna give more stars because the required information is there, but the character spacing is disjointed on the first page, rendering a gap-filled, awkward-looking document. Also, the opening parenthesis for the first field on the first page is on the wrong line and is backwards, which sets the wrong tone especially since it's the first thing you have to fill out.

I was unable to end up going through with the deed process on my own as it was out of my realm. I suspect if I knew what I was actually doing when completing a deed, it would of been sufficient. I ended up having to go through an attorney to complete the deed.
