Limited Power Of Attorney For Real Property Specific Real Property Transaction (N.C.G.S. 32C-3-303)
This is a recordable form used for a real property transaction. It allows the agent to perform one of four tasks on behalf of the principal.
1.To finance the purchase of a property secured by a deed of trust encumbering the property, or
2. To refinance the property secured by a deed of trust encumbering the Property, or
3. To purchase a property in compliance with the terms and provisions of a certain offer to purchase and contract, when Principal is buyer, or
4. To sell a property in compliance with the terms and provisions of a certain offer to purchase and contract, when Principal is seller.
This limited power of attorney becomes effectively immediately and can have a set termination date. If a date is not provided, it terminates in one year.

After some initial general confusion -- (we sold a small piece of land privately and therefore do not typically prepare such documentation (!)) -- we were able to purchase and download all forms from Deeds.com and understand how to complete it/them. The help is all there, we just needed to read and study it - the "Example" helped alot. We were able to complete the Document per your online form(s) and then take it to be signed/notarized - and take the completed paper document to the Registry -- and it is now all registered and we are All Set. rn Took the morning (only). Not user friendly, and not an Adobe fan. The first page of Quitclaim Deed form cuts off the Parcel Identification line on the bottom. Also quite a few forms showed up to be downloaded , after I paid, so I was unsure if all the forms were part of the quitclaim package. I have adobe but was unable to locate the forms in adobe on my computer after I downloaded them. Just wanted to print out one quitclaim deed form, which would have taken less that 3 minutes. instead it took 97 minutes. Thank you, though, for having the form there.

the deeds and related materials themselves are excellent but the PDF application is awful plus there is no way to customize the documents for specific purposes, so I had to type them from scratch in each instance.
