The service was prompt and attentive to my questions. I would've just appreciated a heads up that I also needed to contact the county directly (and provide contact info) to receive a certified copy of the document (Notice of Commencement) in order to submit the certified copy to the Building Department. This was an extra step that I haven't had to complete before using another eRecording service. Even if this extra step is a result of the county's system. I would still have expected a head's up (since there wasn't any info regarding this on the county's site for eRecording).

The NV Clark County deed upon death was perfect! Our county doesn't offer a template, but rather has a long list of rules and specifications where they expect you to make your own document. I didnt want to risk making an unacceptable form so I purchased the template from Deeds.com. It was easy to use and very thorough. Our deed upon death was notarized and filed with the county with no issue. Save yourselves the time and headache and get the template!

Your documents were very helpful. I went ahead and filled in all the info for the Release of Lien document. It was easy to do with your example. I had all the necessary info such as plot numbers, etc. for the property and everything fit nicely onto the document. It has been notorized and mailed. I was able to e-record 3 document with ease. The Middlesex registry of deeds is closed due to COVID-19 and this was my only option. Even if it was open, this is much faster and saves me time and money on parking ..etc. Great services.
