This power of attorney revokes all previous powers of attorney given, except any power of attorney for health care under ORS 127.505 to 127.660. This is a Durable Power of Attorney as provided by ORS 127.005, this power of attorney is to take effect immediately and is not terminated or affected by the principal's subsequent disability or incapacity.
Governing Law. The validity and construction of this power of attorney shall be determined under Oregon law.

LOVE THIS!! I am a REALTORand from time to time I have had to take documents for filing. I'm so glad I invested some time online researching eFiling services. I was very pleased with the service and the product. All the extras were a nice addition to my order. With the example and instructions, I was able to fill out my correction deed correctly. I filed it and it was accepted with zero reservations by my clerk and recorder's office. The expected result (which was to remove a name from the current deed) happened almost immediately.
