This power of attorney revokes all previous powers of attorney given, except any power of attorney for health care under ORS 127.505 to 127.660. This is a Durable Power of Attorney as provided by ORS 127.005, this power of attorney is to take effect immediately and is not terminated or affected by the principal's subsequent disability or incapacity.
Governing Law. The validity and construction of this power of attorney shall be determined under Oregon law.

The experience was generally very satisfactory. I was able to fill out the Trust Deed and send it via email no problem. However, I was not able to send the filled out form of the Note. It always erased my fill-ins when it was sent. I found that very frustrating.

Using Adobe Reader to fill, save, and send the form is recommended. We also pass along all feedback like this to our team to confirm there are no issues.

I was disappointed in the form received. The language was not clear and for the price, one would think we would receive a Word version rather than a PDF.

If I hadn't spent my career as an escrow officer (albeit in another state), I may have had a hard time figuring out exactly which deed I needed and how to prepare them, even with the back-up informational, how-to pdf documents, without an attorney. My experience speaks to how much the general public doesn't understand and how confusing it can be. Nonetheless, the access to so many documents at a fairly reasonable cost, the basic how-to docs made available along with the purchased doc makes all the difference. It was more detailed than the forms on other website, plus cheaper. I do not have date it was recorded in 2000 but did have date of warranty deed. Will that be ok with Recorder? Also did not want to date it today till I know when and where the Recorders office is located.
