The process was very easy but I did not realize before I paid to get this form , that I could have gotten it free from Tulsa county clerks office. Other than that, it was fine.

You're right that the Tulsa County Clerk publishes a free transfer on death deed form, and we'd never want anyone to feel they overpaid. Our version isn't that same blank, though: it adds an alternate beneficiary designation so the property still passes as you intend if your first choice doesn't survive you, it's built to handle one or two owners, and it comes with a plain-language guide and a completed example. My overall experience was positive. Little trouble uploading documents but resolved. I had two mineral deeds to file in Arkansas, two different counties, exactly the same form, only difference being property description; one was completed, one was canceled. I emailed to inquire why and the reply was in an automatic email indicating that email address was not monitored and if further action would be taken on Deeds.com part, I would be notified. Other than that, I would recommend their services to avoid using snail mail.

It would be helpful to be able to edit verbiage on the form. I was preparing a Deed of Distribution; therefore, there was no consideration paid. I had to type the language into a Word document instead.

I like the basics. The one thing I would recommend changing would be, something that tells me I have actually have submitted my package, or that I can leave at any time without needing to click on a "Submit" button.

Forms were spot on and able to save over $100 by not going to an attorney to complete the same documents. There were templates on how forms are supposed to be completed. You just need a notary to sign.
