I received an acknowledgement that you received the question, that you might or might not answer it, and don't bother to reply to you email, as no one would read it. Thank you! My husband and I went in the get notary stamps for a Special Warranty Deed and a Post Nuptial Agreement. The representative was very knowledgeable and thorough with the notary process. She made sure we read and understood all documents that we were signing and they required us to recite in sworn statements that everything there was true and understood! Not totally satisfied as unable to edit as needed on signature page of the deed. I want to be able to date the document and don't want the verbage "signed, sealed and delivered in the presence of" to appear and cannot remove it. The notary will make his or her own statement below as to the date executed.

Holy cow. I was told by several people that getting a deed recorded would take 7-10 days. So I thought I'd give deeds.com a try with their e-filing service.
