Under certain conditions, the Court may order that a Lis Pendens be cancelled (by the clerk of any county in whose office the notice was filed or recorded.) A Lis Pendens can also be cancelled by the person who filed it, at (any time after the action has been settled, discontinued, abated, or dismissed by a court of law by the submission of a written notice of cancellation to the clerk of court of each county in which a notice was filed or recorded.) SECTION 15-11-40.

Thanks for providing this service. We had searched for weeks for the correct documents. It might help clients to find you soon if the banks and mortgage companies can refer clients to you. They require the forms but offer no direct source to obtain them. You are 5 star in every way.

I found this site a must. It provided all the forms I needed to file a Quit Claim Deed. I filed what use to be called a Quick Claim Deed 30 years ago. You only had to file the one form. Today it is called a Quit Claim Deed. The pack provided forms that I had no idea had to be filed with the Quit Claim Deed. I would not have known this otherwise if the option hadn't presented itself. I am mostly satisfied with my Deeds.Com experience. Not sure if you can do anything about this, but since it is fairly common, I thought the Quit Claim Form would have a section specifically for adding spouse to a deed.
