Cancellation Notice of Lis Pendens
Under certain conditions, the Court may order that a Lis Pendens be cancelled (by the clerk of any county in whose office the notice was filed or recorded.) A Lis Pendens can also be cancelled by the person who filed it, at (any time after the action has been settled, discontinued, abated, or dismissed by a court of law by the submission of a written notice of cancellation to the clerk of court of each county in which a notice was filed or recorded.) SECTION 15-11-40.

Great Job guys! I would not even have thought to look for this service. The county recorder's office and kiosks are all closed because of covid. $40 is an excessively expensive price for this very simple form, especially since I couldn't view it before purchasing. I did successfully register the TODD at my county clerks office, although I wasn't certain it would be accepted given the notary format was on a separate page. Knowing what I know now, I would have formatted a form on my computer and filled it in with a pen. The background materials were superfluous and in my case, didn't add value.

The value of a DIY package is not measured by how complicated the finished document looks or how easily it could be recreated on a computer. It provides a prepared form and supporting information rather than requiring you to research and draft a document from scratch.
