In South Carolina a Lis Pendens (affecting title to real property) can be recorded by the plaintiff, with the County Recorder's Office up to 20 days before the actual Court Case is filed (or at any time afterwards). A Defendant may also file a Lis Pendens in certain circumstances. This form is formatted to be filed by the Plaintiff [party initiating the claim]. (SECTION 15-11-10)

EZ to use program....was able to print all forms ordered. I expect to go back to to use recording ability. Instructions are easily followed...would be nice to have confirmation included but they are available to purchase. Hope for successful recording of TOD affidavit. Fairly easy to use. I had to really search to get some info. I had to use the Exhibit feature because the description box was way too small and I ended up re-typing it. The package had good and useful links. The County Clerk looked at it and said, "I see you used an online form, and that's OK, but..." and proceeded to show me a couple of things that were left out. They recorded it with no problems.
