Use this form to release, terminate, extinguish a previously recorded document that involves access to and from a property.

This document allows the owner of the land, burdened by the access and the party that benefits from the access, to sign an agreement releasing the property from such access, under the premises the benefiting party no longer needs access. Once the easement is successfully terminated and the release is recorded, it should be reflected in the title records for the property, effectively removing the easement from the property's title.

When I found this website, I was confused and hesitant to use this website to submit paperwork that needed to be submitted to the Clerks of Courts in Miami. I am glad I decided to go through with it. It was the easiest process I have encountered even with working with the City. Highly recommend as it is super easy to use and received that everything was approved and recorded in two working days. Your Transfer on Death Deed is fine and you have plenty of information about that part. But where is the Confirmatory Deed that is required in many jurisdictions in order to actually pass ownership of a property when the Transfer on Death Deed becomes effective? IT IS MISSING!!
