This form is used by the current lender/beneficiary to Assign/transfer a Deed of Trust and Promissory Note to another party, this is usually done when a note has been sold.
Recording requirements include:
- Assignor & assignee
- Debtor's name
- Reference original Volume & Page of assigned document
- Maximum Principal Indebtedness for Tennessee Recording Tax Purposes is $0 (If amount is listed taxes must be paid)

Current Borrowers must be notified of the assignment. Notification consists of contact information of the new creditor, recording dates, recording instrument numbers, changes in loan, etc. Included are "Notice of Assignment of Deed of Trust" forms.

The Truth and lending act requires that borrowers be notified when their Deed of Trust debt has been sold, transferred, or assigned to a new creditor. Generally, within 30 days to avoid up to $2,000.00 in statutory damages, plus reasonable attorney's fees. Systematic violations can reach up $500,000.00.

The process was fast and efficient. I did get a bit confused after entering info for my package but soon realized I had completed this part of the process and only needed to leave the page and wait for review of the document and then the invoice. It was pretty simple. After payment of the invoice I was notified that the document had been submitted. A few hours later I received notice that the document was recorded by the city. It was fast!

The guide I needed was very easy to understand and the template was easy to complete. I had a property attorney review the deed before I had it registered and she was impressed. I have been researching for months to figure out how to remove deceased owner of property with right of survivorship in Florida. The County Clerk was not helpful. They refer you to get legal advice which is expensive. So hopefully by completing these forms I can actually complete the task. And would be helpful to be reassured that this is all I need to complete overdue task. I was hesitant to pay, but I believe this is legit. If so- a great Thank you.

It was very easy to order,download, and print. The only issue I have is that the guide that came with my form really did not help me filling it out. I feel the explanations could have been better and suited more for the standard person. I was still confused when filling it out and will probably have to get a lawyer to make sure it's filled out correctly
