Using an Indemnity Agreement to Protect from Liens in Tennessee
Property owners can protect themselves from a mechanic's lien on their land by executing an indemnity agreement binding both the contractor and indemnity company. By entering into an agreement, the insurer agrees to pay the contractor any amount that could otherwise be enforced through a lien placed on the property. This way, the contractor will turn to the insurance agency and not the land owner for any deficiency that is owed.

Quit Claim deed for North Carolina did not include all of the information I needed (two separate notary sections), but I was able to re-create another notary section in Word, and then insert it in the appropriate place after printing both documents. Otherwise, the document worked as described.

AMAZING! Easy to use, reasonable fee - and get MUCH MORE than just a deed form. I ordered a "deed" and received a whole "package," including a guide and the jurisdiction's costs schedule and cover page that would be needed to record the deed - even included a Certificate of Transfer that is not required for a deed but something I needed for a different transaction. The website was extremely easy to use and the cautions about not disclosing personal information were so clear and personal, they made me feel secure in knowing this site was not trying to rip me off. EZ to use program....was able to print all forms ordered. I expect to go back to to use recording ability. Instructions are easily followed...would be nice to have confirmation included but they are available to purchase. Hope for successful recording of TOD affidavit.
