In this form the principal is empowering the attorney-in-fact to do and perform any act necessary to sell and convey the real estate specified. Included is a "Special Instructions" section where the attorney-in-fact's powers can be further limited and/or defined.
This power of attorney shall become effective immediately upon the execution of same and pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 34-6-101 et seq. and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney."
This power of attorney is formatted for recording in the Tennessee County, where the subject property is located and terminates upon a date provided by the principal. Therefore 60, 90, 120 days, etc. can be allotted for the sale.

Very satisfied. Download was easy, completing the form was easy, got our signatures notarized and submitted it to the register of deeds. The only item was that the register of deeds did not immediately recognize the TOD deed form as the usual form they receive. Quit Claim deed for North Carolina did not include all of the information I needed (two separate notary sections), but I was able to re-create another notary section in Word, and then insert it in the appropriate place after printing both documents. Otherwise, the document worked as described.
