When a Release of Lis Pendens document is filed it must contain a proof of service which is an acknowledgment of service by the person served or a certificate of service. In some cases, the clerk will permit a document to be filed but will require the proof of service to be filed promptly thereafter. 9.5(d)

I was in despair as I needed to file two (2) very important documents with the County. Due to Covid the office was closed and my only recourse was to E-Fie with a service provider. I was fortunate enough to hear about Deeds.com. They were specific, courteous, patient and most of all productive. My documents will take awhile for the final filing but that is because the County happens to have a slow turn around time. Otherwise, I am now relieved that this part is over. Thank you Deeds.com. The form was useful, however the formatting is terrible once completed. A lot of white space with no option to remove extra spacing or to improve the overall formatting.
