Great Job guys! I would not even have thought to look for this service. The county recorder's office and kiosks are all closed because of covid. it would be nice to have explanation of all the forms required. For a first time estate DPOA, I feel a bit insecure with the forms and would like a paragraph explaining specifics for each link and what to complete for the ladybird deed.
