The forms, and other information, are all excellent. I would be giving a 5-star review if it were not for the fact that downloading a "bundle" about quitclaim deeds required I download every single file independently (15 files). I would far prefer a zip file, or one click to download the whole pile of independent files.

it would be nice to have explanation of all the forms required. For a first time estate DPOA, I feel a bit insecure with the forms and would like a paragraph explaining specifics for each link and what to complete for the ladybird deed. Otherwise, I love the ease of purchase with immediate links available.

When I found this website, I was confused and hesitant to use this website to submit paperwork that needed to be submitted to the Clerks of Courts in Miami. I am glad I decided to go through with it. I never did this before and I found the service easy however confusing about the process and expectations. I had a trust prepared and needed to record our home deed to the trust. Now that I am almost finished waiting for the Maricopa county record the deed it seems so easy.
