EZ to use program....was able to print all forms ordered. I expect to go back to to use recording ability. Instructions are easily followed...would be nice to have confirmation included but they are available to purchase. Hope for successful recording of TOD affidavit. This is another great deal that has come out of the quarantine for covid. Saved me hours and days of time. and provides a way to file deeds that really isn't done effectively anyway else. It was also very inexpensive that you would not expect. I didn't even have to leave home.

The guide I needed was very easy to understand and the template was easy to complete. I had a property attorney review the deed before I had it registered and she was impressed. She said she couldn't have written it better herself! Definitely worth the money instead of paying high dollar attorney fees for a simple task.
