This power of attorney shall become effective immediately upon the execution of same and pursuant to Utah Code 75-9-104 shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney." (ii) shall be governed, as to its validity, terms and enforcement, by those laws of the State of Utah that apply to instruments negotiated, executed, delivered and performed solely within the State of Utah.

Your documents were very helpful. I went ahead and filled in all the info for the Release of Lien document. It was easy to do with your example. I had all the necessary info such as plot numbers, etc. for the property and everything fit nicely onto the document. It has been notorized and mailed. I called the county clerk office yesterday that i wanted to get a deed e-filed and recorded. I was told they are not accepting documents in person because of the COVID 19 pandemic that I have to mail it. I found Deeds.com online and in less than 24hrs i have my document. The certification of trust looks fine to me. I printed it and filled it out and had it notarized today. I have not sent it to the company that wants it yet so that will be the test. They are very picky. If they have any comment I will let you know.

Waste of money. The deed form was not printable after completion. Had to create a new form in word on my own.

I found a lot of useful information regarding the Lady Bird Deed and feel it will serve my needs as opposed to a Revocable Living Trust. The information was easy to understand and very helpful. The forms seem easy to complete and I plan to get them notarized and filed at the courthouse very soon.

Had trouble filling in the forms not very user friendly. The text always had to be manipulated to look in the best place. Could not easily move existing text to look more professional with the text being inserted.

I was very impressed with the Mineral Deed form, especially with the instructions to fill it out AND a copy of a completed for to compare against. This definitely saved me money for an attorney. The one thing I don't understand, though, is why I could not save the completed Deed to my hard drive. I did have to change a few things after the fact and I had to re-type the entire page to make the corrections. If not for this, I would definitely rate the forms and instructions as a 5 star.

Great site with great info. Almost made the job seamless but form would not adjust to my longer than usual legal description -- I ended up having to recreate the form in word processing software (Libre). But could not have done it without the guidelines.
