My county accessors office recommended this site. My Uncle passed away and did not leave a will and I needed to have his deed transferred into my name. I was able to do it using the sample Deeds.com provided. I used it as a guide to fill out the paperwork that I printed off of the Deeds.com site. The form and instructions were easy enough to follow if you had all the information.rnThe only drawback to the form was the length of text allowed for the name of the document (#4). The form self populates in multiple locations but when printed truncated the name if too many characters were used. I kept having to update the name of the document to allow for proper printing.

Very easy to use and no hidden costs. You get to download whatever you need and can save it and even reuse it. So it's like having your own library of form that you pay for once. They even give you more related forms than you ask for and it turned out we needed some if those forms as well. The forms meet what our county requires for margins in records and so on. So I will use deeds.com again when I need a different kind of legal form.
