I purchased the La St. Tammany Parish Quit Claim Deed as a gift for a friend. Currently waiting on a lawyer to draft his second version of what a La Quit Claim should look like. The form was short, and explainable.. so that is my feed back on that...but we have not received anything back to actually see if we filled the form out correctly.
