The "Trustee's Deed" should have been labeled a Deed of Trust because that's what it really is. So now I just wasted $19.97 getting something I can't use.

LOVE THIS!! I am a REALTORand from time to time I have had to take documents for filing. I'm so glad I invested some time online researching eFiling services. The deed form is hard to fill in. There is no way to fill in the county in the "reviewed by" section. Also, there is no place for the Grantee's address on the form. I had to include it in the fill-in space for the legal description.

The forms, and other information, are all excellent. I would be giving a 5-star review if it were not for the fact that downloading a "bundle" about quitclaim deeds required I download every single file independently (15 files). I would far prefer a zip file, or one click to download the whole pile of independent files.
