Use this form (Principal) to allow a second party, your Agent, to purchase a property on your behalf. Your agent can perform all tasks necessary to purchase and finance a specific property located in the State of Wisconsin, in your place and stead as if you were present yourself.
This power of attorney is not affected by any subsequent disability or incapacity of the principal and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney." (ii) shall be governed, as to its validity, terms and enforcement, by those laws of the State of Wisconsin that apply to instruments negotiated, executed, delivered and performed solely within the State of Wisconsin. Terminates upon a date set by the principal.

I had a really good experience. I bought two forms from a different website and they didn’t help me at all. Granted, I only paid the minimum here I bought the upgrade and they showed me how to fill it out and what it should look like I went and had it notarized and took it to the county recorder and everything went smoothly. The DOCUMENT AND INFORMATION WAS JUST WHAT I WANTED AND NEEDED. HOWEVER, NAVIGATING THE ON LINE PROCESS WAS A PROBLEM.. AT ONE POINT IT LOOKED LIKE I HAD PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AND LOST CONTACT WITH THE SYSTEM. I FINALLY GOT TO PRINT WHAT I PURCHASED. FOR SUCH I WOULD ONLY GIVE A FOUR STAR RATING.

It all started out well, then I was abruptly told that I would have to submit the documents directly to the recording office. No explanation was offered and I wasted a lot of time on your website for nothing. Very disappointing, as the concept of e-recording is what is needed in 2026.
We reviewed your order and our support messages. The document uploaded for recording was a very low-quality scan that did not meet the county’s eRecording image requirements. Our staff asked that a clearer scan be uploaded, but the same image was submitted again.
Because the document could not be processed electronically, we advised recording it directly with the county recorder’s office.
E-recording systems require clear, legible document images that meet county standards. When those requirements cannot be met, recording directly with the recorder is often the fastest option.

Creating my enhanced lifde estate deed was rather easy but I am not happy. After buying the 3 form package for about $29 and crating my legal form... was not happy with your disclaimer than you cannot guarantee the form will meet required legal standards. I was convinced you all knew what you're doing since the forms are supposedly specific to Polk county, Florida.
