All I needed was a simple Certificate of Trust. Deeds.com had a template for exactly what I needed. I didn't have to make an appt with an attorney, wait for one to be available, nor pay a ridiculous amount for a standardized document. Super easy.

I was counting on deeds.com to help me with a closing I was working on. I stumbled with the instructions but when I recovered there were no problems. The instructions were helpful and the deeds etc. were just what I needed. I give deeds five stars. I am 76 years old and when the application asks for the user's name I always think they want my name. WRONG. I am trying to learn computer speak.

Super impressed!! For me to get back my recorded document in one day was awesome. I needed it for a foreclosure and knew if I mailed it in to the Clerk's office I more than likely would not get it back in time. I was in despair as I needed to file two (2) very important documents with the County. Due to Covid the office was closed and my only recourse was to E-Fie with a service provider. I was fortunate enough to hear about Deeds.com. They were specific, courteous, patient and most of all productive. My documents will take awhile for the final filing but that is because the County happens to have a slow turn around time. Otherwise, I am now relieved that this part is over. Thank you Deeds.com.
