Overpriced
Thanks Mike. We get it, $27.97 isn't cheap for a lot of people right now. Your Nevada package includes a recorder-ready affidavit, a completed sample, and step-by-step instructions for the state. Expensive, yes. Overpriced, not even close.

PDF fields change font sizes leading to an unprofessional-appearing printed page. The examples for "Convey to" section don't include how to specify just one person instead of a married couple. Maybe that is simple but it would help to spell it out in an example. Haven't submitted to County Recorder yet, so will find out if it is acceptable.
Thank you for the feedback Brian. The font issue is caused by using a PDF viewer other than Adobe Acrobat Reader. Our form fields are set to a uniform 12-point font, but non-Adobe viewers often render form fields inconsistently. Opening and printing the form with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader will resolve that. Regarding the examples, that's a fair point, we'll look at expanding them.

Very disappointed that you had certain documents but did not have the accompanying documents needed to complete the transfer. I also had issues with the documents not allowing you to fill in the pages... example the document was prefilled in as so ... Page 1 of_____ but you could not fill in the blank... I tried reaching out to your customer service, but they had no solution for me. So, I had to write in the page, which didn't look professional. I think I could have gotten documents just as good for free if I'd research a little longer.

The Virginia Transfer on Death Deed and the Virginia Transfer on Death Beneficiary Affidavit are separate documents and are offered individually because many customers only need one, depending on their situation. In your case, the affidavit was later ordered separately. Regarding the page numbering (“Page 1 of ___”), that field is intentionally left blank. The total number of pages is not known until the document is finalized, signed, notarized, and all attachments (such as exhibits or legal descriptions) are included. It is standard practice to complete that portion by hand at execution so the final page count accurately reflects the recorded document. We are unable to locate a customer service inquiry associated with your order, but we are always glad to assist when contacted directly. South Carolina Warranty Deed document is good. The example and instruction documents are marginal help for Trusts.

Waiting for response to questions about TOD deed. Language doesn't accommodate more than one Grantor and user cannot edit language.

As good as any of the rip off document services on the internet. Received the documents through download, were as described. Not as cheap as driving to the courthouse and getting them for free, but easier than doing so.
Thank you, Pat. We’re glad the documents were as described and easy to access. Just to clarify — Johnson County doesn’t provide a Transfer on Death Deed form. We make the correct, recordable version available, and any required supplemental forms are free on our site, with or without purchase.

The form was useful, however the formatting is terrible once completed. A lot of white space with no option to remove extra spacing or to improve the overall formatting.

The form and instructions were easy enough to follow if you had all the information.\r\nThe only drawback to the form was the length of text allowed for the name of the document (#4). The form self populates in multiple locations but when printed truncated the name if too many characters were used. I kept having to update the name of the document to allow for proper printing.

Forms easy to download but experienced problems trying to type in my information into the forms. Then when I went to print a form, Adobe wanted to charge me for printing. I ended up printing the blank forms and then filling them out manually.

form worked great but was over priced for such a simple form , should be around $10 and most people could easily create this themselves.

Laborious process to gain access; need to indicate PRIINT when complete and inform that if page is backspaced, entered info disappears, necessitating starting all over again. There is only one “A” provision, when some documents have several more. Space is too limited in some instances to provide what is necessary for recording. Thank you

While it\'s nice to get all the forms and info in one package for a reasonable cost, the fixed format of the form does not allow for a lengthy meet and bounds property description for real property. Also, the Cover Sheet has big fillable sections with no instructions about what\'s supposed to go there. I tried the \"Contact Us\" link, but all it does is spin saying it\'s trying verify the security of my connection. Looks like I;m going to have to create my own deed in MS Word instead of just filling in the blacks of the PDF file that I downloaded. Bummer!

The State form I chose was valid and accurate. However, I found the ability to enter information was inadequate and difficult. Converted the form to a Word document and was then able to enter the information I needed to.

Price seemed high (~$28) for just some forms (especially because we may not actually use the forms), but it beats navigating the Hawaii state and Honolulu county websites for forms. It would be better if a single button push would download all 7 or 8 forms.

The form I needed was correct and paginated as required. It was accepted w/o penalties. I was not happy about the information which I found way too scant. One sample form does not cover enough possibilities, more would be helpful. The instruction page is a bit better but sometimes it is not clear enough - sometimes it is not clear what the numbered items in the form correspond to. There is no guidance about the process and it would take very little to provide it. Example about "description", say where to find. There is a bunch of "free forms" attached but no guide on which are needed and when. Example: at the counter I was given a paper "conveyance" form and asked to fill it - I did not know it was needed and what it did and so I had not d
